Your First Visit to Our Tempe Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

When first stepping through the door at Hill Chiropractic, you will notice how modern and up to date our facility is to better serve you.

You will be greeted by my loving christian staff who will lead you through checking-in and help collect your most vital initial patient information.

You will then be led to an exam room where you will meet with me (Dr. Hill) so together we can talk to better understand what your issues are.  I will perform all necessary exam testing to isolate and understand what your problems are and determine if x-ray is needed.

You will then be given advice on how to help yourself at home until all the exam findings and x-rays are processed into a report to be given to you on your next visit.

Your first day visit will usually take about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Dr. Stephen Asks some important questions of interest to Tempe residents - Chiropractor Tempe Dr. Stephen Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
What causes vertebral subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
